EMPLOYMENT SERVICES OFFICER / ADMINISTRATOR Australian Refugee Association Inc. The ARA Employment department provides a range of vocational opportunities to our clients from refugee, asylum seeker and migrant backgrounds. The Employment Services Officer/Administrator will work closely with the Employment Manager, providing advice and assistance in all aspects of the department. This will include providing client support and advocacy, managing administrative functions, liaising with employers and clients, database management, reporting and formulating funding submissions.
